We want you to love your cubby! If your order arrives damaged or faulty, let us know within 7 days with a photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds & Returns- Personalised items

Every personalised item including our denim jackets, rest nets and pet beds are made with love just for your little one (or furry friend!) — so we can’t accept returns if you change your mind, pick the wrong size, or if a name is misspelled from the order. Please double-check details before hitting “buy” so we can get it just right.

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as promised, pop us a message within 7 days (a quick photo helps too) and we’ll happily fix it up with a replacement or refund. We want happy kids, comfy pets, and stress-free parents!
